Tally Prime is Windows software that lives on the computer in your office. To use it from your phone, you can see that computer's screen remotely, open Tally's own reports in a browser or on a cloud server, or install a companion app that mirrors your Tally books to the phone.
KuberaX is a companion app built in Nepal. A small connector on your Tally computer syncs every open company, and the KuberaX app shows your dashboard, ledgers, outstandings and Nepali VAT registers in Bikram Sambat. Your team can also record receipts, orders and invoices on the phone, and they are written back into Tally.
Each one suits a different business. Here is what each is like to live with.
An app like AnyDesk shows the office computer's screen on your phone, and you work Tally with your finger.
Good for: the occasional look, at no cost.
Keep in mind: the office computer must be on and online, and a full desktop screen is small on a phone.
Tally Prime can publish reports to a browser for licences with an active TSS, and Tally partners in Nepal host Tally on a cloud server you log in to.
Good for: the full Tally, from anywhere.
Keep in mind: it is built for a computer screen, and cloud hosting is a monthly service.
A connector syncs your Tally data, and a phone app shows it in screens designed for a phone. This is what KuberaX does.
Good for: owners and field staff who want answers in a second.
Keep in mind: figures are as fresh as the last sync, which runs on the schedule you choose.
Tally Prime itself is Windows software, so it stays on your computer. What you install on the phone is a way to reach it: a remote desktop app, a browser, or a companion app such as KuberaX that shows your Tally data in screens made for a phone.
Yes, through the same three routes. The KuberaX iPhone app is on its way to the App Store; the Android app can be installed today.
Only when you want fresh figures. KuberaX keeps the last synced copy, so you can open your books on a Saturday with the office shut. The app tells you when the figures are from.
Yes. KuberaX sends receipts, payments, sales and purchase invoices, orders, quotations, credit and debit notes, journals and contra into Tally, and can hold them for the owner's approval first. Nothing already in your books is altered or deleted.
Yes. KuberaX is built in Nepal: Bikram Sambat dates throughout, lakh and crore grouping, 13% VAT, and the Sales and Purchase registers the IRD asks for.
The app is free to install, with nothing to buy inside it. KuberaX is licensed to your business per device, arranged with us directly. Tell us how many phones you need and we will quote you.
Tally stays your book of record on your own computer. KuberaX holds a copy so your phone has something to show, and each login opens only the companies you assign it.
We set up the account, install the connector with you, and stay on the phone until your books are on your phone.
